Lenny Daws (30-3-2) and Ruben Nieto (16-1) fight for the vacant EBU superlight title with date and site to be announced. There were purse bids set for today in Rome but the parties came to an agreement and the fight will go ahead promoted by Hennessy Sports.

Both Daws and Nieto were beaten by ex EBU ruler Michele Di Rocco, who now will go for a WBA title.

EBU supermiddle champion Hadillah Mohummadi ((19-3-1) will defend the title against Mouhamed Ali Ndiaye (24-3-1) November 6 at a site to be announced. The fight is promoted by OPI 2000.
 
Nidaye have just one win in his last four fights while Mohummadi have won his last five including winning the then vacant EBU title with an eighth round stoppage of Mariano Hilario.

On July 24 in Madrid this past summer Rudy Encarnacion (34-23-4) and Sofiane Takoucht (29-3-1) were all set to fight for the vacant EBU featherweight title. However, as it was the whole show canceled due to financial reasons just days before the fight.
 
Encarnacion vs Takoucht is now rescheduled and will go ahead in Belgium on a date to be announced.
 
Encarnacion is also booked for a show in Madrid October 2 against Santiago Bustos (7-7-1).
