46-year old former WBC and EBU cruiser champ Giacobbe Fragomeni (32-5-2) comes back after almost a year out October 4 in Sorbolo, Opponent is Croatian Marko Martinjak (formerly known as Marko Rupcic) (5-15-2).

Fragomeni was knocked out by Rahkim Chahkhiev in 2014 in a fight for the EBU title.

Middleweights Nuhu Lawal (20-0 and already GBC ruler) and Armen Torosyan (16-1-1) fight for the vacant GBU title on the undercard to Vincent Feigenbutz vs Giovanni De Carolis October 17 in Karlsruhe.

Torosyan, a wild swinging puncher, upset Danes Torben Keller and Reda Zam Zam but was outboxed against Fouad El Massoudi.

The rather obscure GBU title enjoy an upswing as board member Rainer Gottwald also is manager of Vincent Feigenbutz and Leon Bauer, both promoted by Sauerland Event.

EU superlightweight champion Sandor Martin (23-1) defends the title against former EU ruler Gyorgy Miszei, Jr (22-15) November 14 in Barcelona. It´s a voluntary defence by Martin, who won the title earlier this year. Miszei have gone 4-6 in his last ten fights but have been in tough. Mandatory challenger is Anthony Yigit, who's Swedish but based in Spain.

Boxe Loreni stage the all-Italian fight for the EU title at cruiser between Leonardo Damien Bruzzese (14-1) and Maurizio Lovaglio (18-11) November 21 in Manzano. It’s a rematch and Lovaglio won the first fight on a tenth round tko with the national title at stake.

Ahmed El Moussaoui's voluntary defence of the EU welter title against Hungarian Laszlo Toth is now off completely. It was first set a date in July but was then postponed until October 23. El Moussaoui (22-1-1) will now defend the title against mandatory challenger Mohamed Mimoune (13-2). The EBU have set October 20 at noon as deadline for purse bids.

The fight for the vacant EU superwelter title between Zakaria Attou (16-6-1) and Emanuele Della Rosa (36-2) will go ahead January 16 in Poissy (France).
