EC Boxing's Swedish heavyweight prospect Adrian Granat (8-0) will face 40-year old British veteran Michael Sprott (42-24) December 5 on the Culcay-Hogan show in Hamburg.

Granat (pictured) is fresh out of sparring with Wladimir Klitschko while Sprott for years was a part of the Klitschko team of sparring partners.

However, Sprott comes in off getting stopped by Anthony Joshua and Carlos Takam and have best days far behind him.

Michael steps in for Russian Denis Bakhtov, who tested positive for a forbidden substance in June and is not yet cleared.

Sauerland Event begins 2016 January 9 in Offenburg with WBA interim supermiddle champ Vincent Feigenbutz (21-1, 19) defending his portion of the title against Italian challenger Davide De Carolis (23-6).

Feigenbutz beat De Carolis on October but it was a controversial call and the young German was floored in the first and hurt in the fourth before the challenger faded a bit in the later rounds and that made the fight close but it was a far from impressive showing by the champion.
