Deontay Wilder bombs Artur Szpilka, jaws with Tyson Fury

BROOKLYN – The Bama man had his moments and so did the Pole and the fight looked up for grabs. Then “The Bomb Squad” arrived…a clipping right from WBC heavyweight beltholder Deontay Wilder in tight in the ninth spelled immediate doom for challenger Artur Szpilka.

He went down in a heap and EMTs were called in at Barclays Center on Saturday night and on Showtime.

Thankfully, Szpilka came to from the detonation.

The vicious end came at 2:24 of the ninth.
