DE CAROLIS vs ZEUGE II SET FOR NOVEMBER 5

Sauerland Event have annnounced that WBA regular supermiddle champion Giovanni De Carolis (24-6-1) will defend the title against German challenger Tyron Zeuge (18-0-1) November 5 at the MBS Arena in Potsdam, just outside of Berlin.

De Carolis vs Zeuge drew the first time they fought after what indeed was a close fight where Zeuge finished the fight with an injured shoulder with the Italian champion coming on strong.

This will be De Caroli's fourth straight fight in Germany where he first lost a controversial decision to Vincent Feigenbutz, then stopped Feigenbutz in a rematch and drew with Zeuge.

Zeuge is trained by WBA regular lightheavy champ Juergen Braehmer and Konny Mittermeier. Braehmer defends the title against Nathan Cleverly October 1 with Mittermeier as trainer so there will be many hours in the gym for the two.

In regards of Feigenbutz (23-2) his fight against Mike Keta (20-3) that was set for Karlsruhe September 23 is postponed and will no go ahead December 3.
