43-year old German heavyweight Marcel "the Highlander" Zeller (pictured above) has passed away in what appears to be related to misuse of drugs. Zeller (24-16) always entered the ring in a Scottish kilt and scored a lot of early knockouts in the beginning of his career but when the opponents was the likes of Tyson Fury, Jonathon Banks or Erkan Teper it was the other way around. Zeller´s last six fights all ended inside the distance - five of them in the first round with Zeller on the floor.

Spanish featherweight Andoni Gago (15-2-2) take on Frenchman Sofiane Takoucht (30-3-1) December 17 in Bilbao with the IBF International title at stake. Gago challenged for the IBF I/C title earlier this year but lost to Alex Miskirtchian.

As for Takoucht he held the EBU title 2010-11 and is now back after almost 18 months out due to operating a bar and the passing of his father.
