EURO RESULTS

By Per-Ake Persson

March 17, Tallin, EST; Yakiza Fight Night
h: Robert Helenius, Fin  W8-S  Yury Bykhautsou, Blr
Helenius won on scores of 77-76 twice. Bykhautsou won on scores of 78-75 on one card. Helenius injured his right in the first and fought with one hand after that. His jab worked ok but Bykhautsou worked his way through it and often got the Nordic Nightmare to the ropes where scored with big hooks. Helenius looked unable to tie him up and was overall without fighting spirit - or is it a lack of conditioning?
