Viktor Faust

March 13, Hamburg, GER, EC Boxing Gym, EC Boxing, bdb
Viktor Faust, 106,0, Ukr/Ger  W8-U  Wilfried Vazquez, 130,0, Ven
They compare him Wladimir Klitschko and sizewise he is a lookalike - boxingwise it's early days yet.
10x3: Ali Eren Demirezen, 118,5, Tur/Ger  TKO 2  Nikola Milalic, ?, Ger
Jacek Piatek, 114,5, Poland  had weighed in for the fight but was arrested during a routine check up on open street in Hamburg for unpaid fines. Milalic stepped in on very short notice and lost to his stablemate with the vacant WBO European title at stake.

6x3: Volkan Gökcek, 63,5, Ger  KO 1 (1.08)  Jakob Laskowski, 63,5, Pol

March 13, Dallas, TX, American Airlines Arena
10x2: Jessica McCaskill, 65,6, Chicago, IL  W10-U  Cecilia Braekhus, 65,8, Nor
McCaskill retained the WBA, WBC, WBO, IBF and IBO titles on scores of 100-89, 99-90 and 98-91. Braekhus had a point deducted - wrongly it seemed - for holding in the seventh. McCaskll made a fast start landning with wild punches and a right caught the Norwegian flush. Cecilia's slow start cost her the fight. The final half of the fight was messy but a lot closer and the scorecards looked much too wide. At the same time it's obvious that Braekus is no longer what she once was - and perhaps same can be said for trainer Abel Sanchez, who again (Dominic Breazeale was the first) failed to get his fighter started.
