IBF International title and French championshipby Per-Ake Persson French superbantam [Jeremy Parodi], 33-1-1, defends the IBF Int´l title against Japanese challenger [Kohei Oba], 31-2-1, October 5 in Pouzin, France. Parodi won the title last year with a points win over [Jose Luis Graterol] and outscored [Franklin Teran] last time out.  In the chief support French heavyweight champ [Newfel Ouatah], 9-0, defends the title against [Mickael Vieira], 11-2-1. Outah competed in the 08 Olympics but only fought once last year and need to be a lot busier if he is to make it anywhere. By Per-Åke Persson
