Supermiddle Balasz Kelemen (pictured), 18-0, won the vacant WBO Int´l title last night in Kecskemet, Hungary, with a ten round unanimous decision over Tanzanian Said Mbelwa in the headliner of this Felix-Promotion show.
 
The other featured bouts saw superbantam Zsolt Bedak, 17-1, outscored Belorus Andrei Stoliarchuk over six winning every round and jr middle Attila Kovacs, 29-4, took out Serbian veteran Zoran Didanovic, 16-25, in the fourth.
 
2100 spectators attended the show at the Istvan Messzi Sporthall with Sport 1 televising.

The Finnish Butterbean, heavyweight Janne Katajisto, 14-1-1, stopped Latvian Janis Ginters, 1-2, who retired with an elbow injury and didn´t come out for the fifth in the headliner of Caramelito Promotion´s pro-am show in Parkani last night. Ginters shook Katajisto in the first but was gradually worn down by the Finn.
 
In the other profight middleweight Fitim Latifi, 6-0 and his debut for Caramelito after previously being promoted by P 3 Boxing, outscored Aleksei Tsatiashvili over six.
 
Caramelito had a packed house, 350, for this event.

Polish lightheavy Dariusz Sek, 19-0-1, have been mandatory challenger for the EU title for some time now. First then champ Orial Kolaj vacated the title, then Brit Ovill McKenzie pulled out to go for greener pastures and now former WBO champ Enzo Maccarinelli, 36-6, is co-challenger and the EBU have set June 6 as deadline for purse bids.
