OPI 2000, represented by Salvatore Cherchi, won the purse bids yesterday in Rome for EBU superfeatherweight champion Romain Jacob´s defence of the title against Devis Boschiero with a bid for 84 717 Euro.

 

ABC Calaisien, represented by Thierry Jacob, bid 84 121 Euro.

Jacob, 22-0, beat Boschiero, 34-2-1, on a close, split decision at home in Calais (France) earlier this year and while the rematch isn´t as hot as Froch vs Groves II it is close.
