12x3: Labinot Xhoxhaj, 115,4, Ger KO 4 (3.00) Pezhman Seifkhani, 113,0, Swe
Xhoxhaj retained the EBU title with a fourth round knockout over Swedish challenger Pezhman Seifkhani. Xhoxhaj was off to a good start, got off first, established his jab and followed up with left hooks. In the second it appeared that the champ had his opponent going but he backed off and now Seifkhani had a good spell. Xhoxhaj took over again in the third and he was relentless and Pezhman was second best. In the fourth Xhoxhaj got going and while Seifkhani landed with a good right he got tagged by a left hook-right hand combination and then a right and went down. He got up and looked alright but the writing was on the wall and after a barrage of punches topped by a right Seifkhani went down and out. It was scored 29-28 twice and 30-27 after three - all for Xhoxhaj.
6x3: Eris Bajra, 68,5, Swi KO 1 (1.58) Flecher Silva, 68,5, Ven
Silva was a late sub for Javier Castaneda Dominguez and was perhaps jetlagged - but he showed poor punch resistance and was dropped twice - the second time it was ten and out.
4x3: Elvin Sope, 78,7, Ger TKO 2 (2.02) Tristan Khizianishvili, 78,9, Geo
Sope was agressive and Khizianashvili was floored in the second, bled badly from the nose and it was stopped moments later.
4x3: Vadim Gashi, 72,5, Ger TKO 3 (0.01) Paata Varduashvili, 78,9, Geo
Varduashvili did alright for two rounds but didn't come out for the third. Why was not announced.
4x3: Patrick Rokohl, 79,3, Ger TKO 4 (?) Jackie Mefire, 78,5, Ger
Mefire proved to be inept but Rokohl took a long time to find the range. Mefire was decked in the second, third and fourth (extra poor performance in that knockdown) before it was stopped in a poor fight.
4x3: Fidam Brahimi vs Seiran Engel,
Fight cancelled day before the weigh-in.
4x3: Melin Kalayci, 71,7, Ger TKO 3 (1.20) Bato Berkatashvili, 72,9, Geo
Berkatashvili looked beaten beforehand, went down in the second, took a standing eight in the third and it was stopped.
4x3: Alexander Kallashi, 73,2, Ger W4-U Octavian Gratii, 72,1, Rom
Gratii took a count in the third but seemed to enjoy another day in the office, losing every round.
4x3: Samuel Oduro Mensah, 90,0, Ger TKO 2 (0.46) Beka Aduashvili, 88,3, Geo
Aduashvili was knocked down twice in the second.
