Kirchner was first floored by a left hook to the body, then again by nothing much and as he was taking a pounding in a corner it was stopped. This was Vincic's "real" pro debut after first trying with the SBU, then taking part in an "exhibition" in Norway and then giving the SBU another go but that fight was cancelled when the opponent wasn't approved by MAD. Vincic is not licensed by the Swedish EBU member.

Ahlin, looking both too heavy and too small, won the vacant NBA Global title in style as he stopped the bigger, stronger looking Kärkkäinen, Oscar floored Samuli in the second with a right but it was a flash knockdown but the Swede dominated the action looking much faster. In the third Ahlin nailed his opponent with a left hook and Kärkkäinen stumbled sideways and even turned his back to the action but before the referee could step in Ahlin landed another left hook and Kärkkäinen went down along the ropes. He pulled himself up but was badly out of it and it was stopped. Oscar was at his heaviest ever but looked sharp - or was Kärkkäinen shot after several tough losses? Probably a combination.

An upset on paper but Salomonsson had problems all along with his timing while Mohish, much shorter, was more effective with short hooks. There were many even rounds and it was difficult to score but the judges had it 59-55, 58-56 and 57-57. John said afterwards he felt he had been robbed as didn't want badmouth SBU creator Mikael Hook.
6x2: Marianne Ahlborg, 68,7, Swe W6-U Jana Duchonova, 66,6, Slo
60-54x3. Super welter vs super lightweight and Ahlborg dominated the fight all the way.
4x3: Leutrim Berisha, 68,9, Kos TKO 2 (1.55) John Jeppsson Rudell, 71,4, Swe
Both were 0-3 coming in but Berisha, a southpaw, landed with ease and floored Rudell twice in the second and hurt his opponent. Rudell fell into the ropes and it was stopped. His punch resistance appears to be gone.
4x3: Lorens Ottosson, 75,4, Swe W4-U Ramadan Jerliu, 78,0, Kos
40-36x3. Ottosson, back in Stockholm after a brief stint in Malmö, was in good shape and outworked Jerliu.
4x2: Zabrina Holmström, 69,7, Swe/Fin W4-U Jenifer Joklova, 69,2, Cze
40-36x3. Pro debut for Holmström, who lives in Sweden but is licensed in Finland, wasn't overly impressive but won clearly.
