The Home Depot Center will be the site of a battle that many consider could be a fight of the year candidate, between Argentinean knockout artist Marcos "Chino" Maidana, who will defend his WBA Inter-Continental welterweight belt against hard hitter Josesito Lopez this Saturday, June 8th.

This event, promoted by Golden Boy Promotions and televised on SHOWTIME, also features Mexican Alfredo "El Perro" Angulo and Cuban contender Erislandy Lara, who will fight for the vacant interim WBA World light middleweight title. Also on the card, undefeated prospect Jermell Charlo meets veteran Demetrius Hopkins in a 12 round contest.
