Oct 3, Hamburg, GER, Grosse Freiheit 35, Boxen im Norden, bdb 10x2: Mikaela Lauren, 63,4, Swe TKO 1 (0.43) Lena Venjacob, 63,0, Ger Lauren won the vacant WBF super lightweight title as Venjacob was retired by her corner in a big mismatch. The 50-year old Swede is in fantastic shape for her age but totally washed up as a boxer - but still too much for the much smaller inept German woman. After a short feeling out process Lauren, a nice and kind lady, settled with punching her opponent to the body until the referee stopped it. 12x3: Denis Krieger, 69,9, Ger KO 6 Dorde Krsmanovic, 69,9, Krieger won the vacant WBF jr middleweight title. 12x3: David Kerkmann, Ger TKO 3 Taylor Friedrich, Ger Kerkmann won the vacant WBF light heavyweight title by stopping Friedrich with a body punch. David is reportedly in a personal relationship with Venjacob. Steve Robinson, 98,0, Uk KO 1 Francisco Cordero, 101,6, Col Robinson won the vacant WBF Bridgerweight title as Cordero went down and out within seconds of the first round in a pathetic matchup. Alexander Pavlov, 69,9, Ger W6-U Nestor Gonzalez, 65,0, Kevin Boakye, 79,0, Ger KO 1 Graham Tirrell, ?, Uk/? Viktor Temirov, 72,5, Ger TKO 2 Johnny Sanchez, Sanchez was down once in the first and twice in the second before it was stopped. Oct 3, Vinnytsia, UKR: 10x3, l: Bohdan Beida, Ukr W10-U Dmytro Tsiupka, Ukr Beida won the Ukrainian (WBC version only?) title on scores of 96-94 twice and 97-93.
Oct 2, Odense, DEN, Idraetshal, Primetime Promotions 8x3: Elias "Bomaye" Faour, 59,0, Den W8-U Narek Sachbazjan, 59,0, Cze Faour won the vacant Int'l Danish super featherweight title on scores of 80-72 twice and 79-73 in a no drama, no knockdown fight where Faour dominated the action at long range but couldn't hurt his opponent - and it was the same for Sachbazjan and it made for a kind of dull fight while Faour's many fans kept shouting "Bomaye Bomaye Bomaye" - a strange nick for a fighter who is the opposite of killer. 8x3: Benoit Huber, 90,6, Swi W8-U Ditlev Rossing, 90,2, Den 78-74 twice and 77-75. Rossing was in good shape, tried hard but Huber kept scoring with a wide right hand that Rossing never could get out of his way from. The Dane tired down the stretch and had to hold in the later rounds. He had his moments but isn't what he once was. 6x3: Abdallah Abou-Arab, 63,2, Den W6-S Maher Khatib, 63,7, Den Fight of the night. Pro debut for Abou, a slick, flashy boxer - but also without much power. Khatib kept coming, and put on steady pressure and it was a very good fight that went back and forth. It was scored 58-56 both ways and 59-55 for Abou. I had it 57-57. 6x3: Vaclav Pejsar, 103,4, Cze W6-U Brage Lange, 112,1, Nor 58-55, 60-53, 59-54. Lange went down early from a left hook and seemed to be rattled every time he was hit - and that was much too often. The big Norwegian battled it out though and landed with his heavy right but couldn't hurt Pejsar, who covered up, picked his moments and was a clear winner at the end - which probably was the end as a fighter for Brage Lange as well. 4x3: Lukas Ashira, 72,2, Den TKO 3 (2.06) Dawid Przybylski, 73,1, Pol Przybylski was down in the first, second and three times in the third but still gave the overly aggressive Ashira a good learning fight. Lukas kept coming and punched it out even when he didn't have to and that made for a solid slugfest. 4x3: Dao Atthapon, 62,0, Den W4-U Sebastian Wojtan, 61,1, Pol 40-36x3. Pro debut for Atthapon, who showed slick moves but not much power. Wojtan got going late in the fourth and seemed upset it was over so soon. 4x3: Moses Aboukhazneh, 69,0, Den W4-U Richard Walter, 69,2, Cze 40-36x3. Pro debut for Moses, who had his chin up and threw mainly arm punches - and Walter survived. 4x3. Krzysztof Stawiarski, 91,6, Pol TKO 3 (not out) Jihad Khattab, 93,2, Den Khattab, well overweight and out of shape, allowed Stawiarski to punch early in the first - and then opened up and floored the Pole twice in the first. But it was obvious he had expended a lot of energy and Stawiarski survived, came back and Khattab was a spent force in the second. He tried to come out for the third but the referee waved it off - and Jihad looked like he was about to collapse.

Sep 26, Bilbao, SPA, Pavilion La Casilla, PCI Promotions / Kamikaze 12x3: Jokin Garcia, 61,1, Spa W12-S Salvi Jimenez, 61,2, Spa Garcia won the vacant EBU lightweight title on what appears to be a controversial split decision. It was scored 116-111 and 115-112 Garcia and 116-111 Jimenez. Undercard? It appears to have been a chaotic show so no results from the prelim fights.
