June 7, Hamburg, GER, Universum Gym - tent, Universum Box Promotion / Arena Box Promotion, bdb 12x3: Labinot Xhoxhaj, 114,6, Kos/Ger W12-U Mourad Aliev, 118,9, Fra Xhoxhaj retained the EBU title and won the WBC Int'l Silver title on scores of 115-112, 115-113 and 114-113. Aliev had a point deducted in the 8th for wrestling / holding / throwing Xhoxhaj over the top rope and was guilty of a lot of holding / wrestling. The much taller French southpaw was unable to use reach and height and Xhoxhaj walked him down in the first half of the fight. Aliev was able to get going in the later rounds as Xhoxhaj had problems with his right eye - swollen and cut after a clash of heads - and seemed to tire a bit and Alev finally fought as if he wanted something with his punches. But as it was Xhoxhaj won the last round and sealed a close win - and a big setback for Arena Box Promotion. 10x3: Torsten Fuchs, 90,0, Ger TKO 2 (0.55) Flamur Haxha, 89,0, Ger The hard punching but fragile Fuchs took a count in the first , and was under pressure in the second - but then landed with a right hand and Haxha went down - and was stopped to the boos of the crowd. Fuchs won BDB Int'l German title 10x3: Falah Somoqy, 66,4,, Ger TKO 4 (1.55) Henry, Grün, 66,5, Ger Somoqy, rather unknown, was too tough for Universum prospect Grün and BDB interim Int'l German title. Grün was second best from the start and was too easy to hit. He punched back and landed well but Fatah just smiled at him. A busted nose didn't help and in the fourth Grün was floored, got up but took a bad beating before the referee stopped it. 8x3: Ante Bilic, 76,0, Cro TKO 4 (not out) Bruno Knjezevic, 77,0, Cro Knjezevic retired with a claimed injured hand after losing the first three rounds. 10x3: Jose Larduet, 118,0, Cub/Ger KO 1 (0.33) Brian Zwart, 118,0, Nth One punch, left hook to the body, was all that Larduet needed and Zwart went down and out. 8x3: Roberto Arriaza, 79,0, Col TKO 2 (1.07) Mike Jäde, 79,4, Ger Jäde was retired by his corner as he went down along the ropes with a badly swollen right eye. After a quiet first round Arriaza hurt the German with a left hook which apparently started the swelling and it was soon all over. "Dinamita" Arriaza has had it tough since arriving in Europe but is in shape and comes to fight - and every now and then it works out. 6x3: Kacper Meyna, 115,0, Pol W6-U Luis Marin Garica, 122,0, Ven Meyna got an undeserved win in a wild wrestling match where Garcia appeared to outwork his opponent and while much of the work he did wasn't by the book at least he did work while Meyna posed and played out two low blows big time. 8x3: Damir Beljo, 90,0, B & H W8-U Ruben Andino, 94,0, Arg Scoring not announced but Beljo controlled the little action there was all the way. 6x3: Yusuf Atmis, 76,2, Ger TKO 4 (2.22) Mujtaba Karimi, 74,0, Ger Atmis, much taller, floored Karimi in the first and ii was stopped with Karimi taking stick along the ropes. 6x3: Ali Dakroub, 111,0, Ger TKO 2 Ramazi Gogichashvili, ?, Geo Gogichashvili, a late sub and very overweight, was down in the first and retired by his corner in the second, thank you for that. 8x3: Ibrahim Gümüs, 72,5, Ger W8-U Luis Enrique Romero, 72,0, Ven/Spa Romero was decked in the 5th and 7th but inbetween did well against the overweight Günüs
